2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

• The item is in unused, unworn and unwashed condition
• The item comes with all original labels and packaging
• The item is free from stains, odors or other signs of use.
• Underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons

3. How do you return an item?

2. Pack the items securely and in their original condition
3. Add the completed return form to the package (if applicable)
4. Send the package to the return address provided. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless it was an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or damaged item).

4. Refund

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase price within 10 business days using the same payment method you used. Any shipping costs will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exchange
